The culture at Hotel du Lac has always been to offer meals prepared with the best quality ingredients (possibly  choosing from the regional production) being “green” before the concept was invented!

The familys Chefs maintain a tradition of preparing a carefully selected sequence of typical local dishes and other regional Italian specialties, in order to offer always different and interesting menus to guests who stay for extended holidays.

Home made pasta, Trentino dumplings, and braised or grilled meats, fruit pies: everything is prepared with care and honesty for the pleasure of the palate and for proper nutrition. Fresh salads are offered with every meal, and for breakfast you will find a well-stocked buffet to start your day on a happy note.

The dining hall is stocked with a selection of local and  Italian wines to complement the menu.

Next to the dining hall is a cozy bar with indoor and outdoor tables, where you might want to stop for an aperitif before dinner, or an afternoon tea, or maybe for tasting the many local “grappe”.
